Neo Environmental are delighted to have received consent on behalf of our client Obton Ltd for Oldcourt Solar Farm. The project has an expected generation of up to 100MW MEC of renewable energy which could generate enough electricity to power circa 42,824 no. homes per year.

Neo Environmental are delighted to have received the final grant of permission for the circa 30MW Shanonagh solar farm in West Meath, covering 105 acres. Once constructed it will produce enough renewable energy to power circa 6,000 homes!

We undertook all of the planning and environmental assessments for the project, which included landscape, ecology, archaeology, noise, transport, hydrology, and glint & glare. We also designed the solar farm as well as conducting the archaeological geophysical survey for the project.

Great work by all the team!
